Terms & Conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions govern the sale and supply of goods by Sorted Wholesale. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice and are confirmed at the time of order. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate. Title of goods remains with Sorted Wholesale until payment has been received in full.
4. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from late delivery. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect goods upon delivery and report any discrepancies within 24 hours.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Any claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion following investigation.
6. Liability
Sorted Wholesale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the supply of goods. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, supplier failures, or government actions.
8. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and managing our business relationship. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
